Buckingham 3500C is an improved version of the popular 4" Velco pad. A cinch loop has been added to allow the user a better means to tighten the strap around the calf muscle. The user weaves the strap through the metal cinch loop, pulls tight and fastens the Velcro. Made from top quality leather with 3/4" padding. Fits all brands of climbers. No top straps required.
