Orders with critical delivery dates should be called in to our toll free number 1-888-878-5480.

Charge to your Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express® or Discover® - Pay for your purchase when you order using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover charge cards. You can charge your card by phone, fax, or standard mail (we do not recommend email for reasons of security). If you charge by fax or standard mail, be sure to include the card holder's name as it reads on the card, the expiration date, and the street address and zip code where the charge card bill is mailed.

Shipping Terms – FOB Point of Shipment

Shipping Methods - All packages are shipped UPS Ground Service unless you choose a priority delivery service (example: UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3-Day Select). UPS transit days are business weekdays and do not include weekends or holidays. Transit days begin the day after UPS picks up your package (~5:00pm Eastern). Not all UPS services are available in all areas.

These delivery services are products of UPS and are subject to their limitations with regards to day of operation, weather, holidays, and delivery locations.

*When free shipping is offered we will use UPS Ground for most orders, but we reserve the right to use any method we feel is best. Free shipping is only for addresses in the 48 continental United States. All other addresses will be invoiced for shipping charges.

UPS Next Day Air – Saturday Delivery – Please call us toll free at 1-888-878-5480. Order must be placed by 12:00 noon EST.

UPS Next Day Air – Please call us toll free at 1-888-878-5480. No Saturday delivery. Delivery by end of next business day. Some locations require additional transit time.

UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery by end of second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery by end of third business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Service area: 48 contiguous states

UPS Ground – Delivery is typically one to five days. Service Area: all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

UPS Standard Canada service requires extra delivery time.

We no longer ship by US Postal Service. We cannot provide tracking information for US Postal Service. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

International Shipments - Use the "International Shipping" link in the left navagation. BongoUS.com handles our international shipping.(Other than Canada.)

Note: Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. If one or more items are out of stock, we may elect to ship your order partially complete. You will not be responsible for additional shipping charges on stock items backordered.

Special delivery requirements such as "leave package on back porch if nobody is home" cannot be forwarded to the delivering driver. Leave this information where the driver can see it when delivering your package.

Damaged Shipments - Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and it contents for damage. In the event of a problem, please note the damage with the carrier. Please call or write us immediately with the details of the damage. Please be sure to save the box and packing material. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Incorrect Shipments - If there has been an error in your shipment, please contact us at 888-878-5480 and we will pay for shipping charges on returned items due to our error.

Sales Tax - J. Harlen Company is located in North Carolina. We collect applicable state and county sales taxes within North Carolina.

Errors in Printing - We apologize for any errors in printing. Any errors in printing are subject to correction. Changes by the manufacturer are beyond our control. Prices are subject to change at any time. Thank you for understanding.

Return Policy We strive to make returns as convenient for you as possible. We welcome returns of unused products in like-new condition with the original packaging for a full credit of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

Boots We want you to enjoy a comfortable fit and love your new boots. We are pleased to exchange or refund the purchase price for your boots, but DO NOT • wear your boots outside • scuff or scratch them • polish or get them wet • remove any tags. Please try on your boots indoors only with clean dry socks. Wear them inside until you are completely satisfied.

Climbing and Fall Arrest Equipment Safety comes first, so we only sell new equipment. We cannot accept returns of used climbing or fall arrest equipment. This includes but is not limited to: belts, climbers, climbing pads, straps, lanyards, and fall arrest harnesses. Please examine your purchases as well as possible for proper fit and comfort before using the products or removing any tags.

Clothing Please do not remove any tags from the clothing until you are completely satisfied. When trying on bibs and coverall, be sure to remove your boots and only wear the clothes indoors. We welcome returns of clothing in their original condition.

Special Order Items Occasionally we are asked to special-order products that are not part of our normal inventory. These products are not returnable.
