Pipehorn 800 Cable Locator MD840

The Pipehorn series 800 pipe and cable locator provides an easy way to accurately find underground utilities in a variety of environments, jobsites or parking lots. The Pipehorn can find de-energized lines as well as worn-out tracer tapes and concentric neutrals. Designed to operate at either 480 kHz or 9 kHz, the Pipehorn will adapt to congested areas as well as long distances. Choose inductive or conductive method for locating. The Pipehorn is durable, light weight and water resistant. The model MD840 includes: the Pipehorn wand, transmitter, ground rod, conductive cables, instructions, and carry bag. Transmitter requires (8) C batteries (not included) and the receiver requires (2) 9V batteries (not included). Shipping weight 18 lbs.
