60 Day Return Policy - We strive to make returns as convenient for you as possible. We welcome returns of unused items in like-new condition with the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price up to 60 days after the invoice date.

Boots - We want you to enjoy a comfortable fit and love your new boots. We are pleased to exchange or refund the purchase price for your boots, but DO NOT:
• Wear your boots outside
• Scuff or scratch them
• Polish or apply any treatment
• Remove any tags
Please try on your boots indoors only with clean dry socks. Wear them inside until you are completely satisfied.
Climbing and Fall Arrest Equipment - Safety comes first, so we only sell new equipment. We cannot accept returns of used climbing or fall arrest equipment. This includes but is not limited to: belts, climbers, climbing pads, straps, lanyards, and fall arrest harnesses. Please examine your purchases as well as possible for proper fit and comfort before using the products or removing any tags.
Clothing - Please do not remove any tags from the clothing until you are completely satisfied. When trying on bibs and coverall, be sure to remove your boots and only wear the clothes indoors.
